J&K Regeltechnik was founded in 1996 as an independent provider of automation technologies. In 2012, parts of the business were sold to Mr Karl Lausser, who is the sole proprietor of the Karl Lausser GmbH company with a turnover of over 120 million euros. J&K Lausser Regeltechnik is still self-sufficient in the market, but has found a strong partnership with the Lausser company in the area of system building. At the beginning of 2019, 100% of the shares were taken over by Dieter Jendrzejzyk. In May 2019, 50% of the shares were sold retroactively to 01.01.2019 to the Lattemann & Geiger Group. After many years of successful cooperation, Schneider Electric took over J&K Regeltechnik on March 31, 2022.
